The needle punch series, which was launched last season and can be called Licht's new icon. Aiming for even greater heights, this product has not only improved its quality through repeated improvements, but has also greatly expanded the range of expression possible in terms of design.

This work was born by asking an embroidery factory in Osaka, which we have been working with for over 10 years since before the establishment of Licht, to ask us about unreasonable demands, modifying the attachments from the previous work, and reviewing the methods. did.

The previous work used a traditional needle punching method called push needles, in which fibers and threads are pushed out from the back with a needle.
This work is probably unique in that it uses a needle punch (a method of pulling up fibers and threads from the front side to the back side).
Pulling needles have the disadvantages of not being able to lift up the thread or fibers sufficiently (they cannot penetrate), and progressing per stitch slows down by half compared to pushing needles, but using a pulling needle makes it possible. There is a big thing.
This means being able to needle punch, embroidery at the same time, cut fabric at the same time, and overlock at the same time.
