A new 5-sleeve pullover based on the concept of connecting different items by needle punching.
A truly RE:SORT piece designed based on the concept of cutting the sweat pullover and shirt in the middle of the body, then replacing and joining them.
I tried the needle punch technique, which is originally difficult to express only with wool-based fibers that have a fuzzy feel, with jersey material and broadcloth material.
At first, the fabric was torn, and the fibers were entangled and did not stick together.
For this pullover, it takes a total of 7 hours to finish one piece with one embroidery machine. At the time of production, we operate 2 to 4 compatible embroidery machines at the factory we request, but even so, it takes about 2 to 4 hours per piece. Counting the number of stitches, the number of stitches is about 300,000, and it is a process that takes a lot of time and effort.
With the recent inflation, people often talk about the price, but I don't want to lose sight of the essence of manufacturing. I am working with the spirit that I want to make something worth it, and I have to make it.

*Tested in a home washing machine. When washing in the washing machine, be sure to turn it inside out and put it in the net in a folded state.
