A new shirt based on the concept of connecting different items with a needle punch.
A truly RE:SORT piece designed based on the concept of cutting the sweat pullover and shirt in the middle of the body, then replacing and joining them.
The needle punch technique, which is originally difficult to express only with wool-based fibers that have a fuzzy feel, was tried with jersey material and broadcloth material.
At first, the fabric was torn, and the fibers were entangled and did not stick together.
For this shirt, it takes a total of 10 hours to finish one piece with one embroidery machine. At the time of production, we operate 2 to 4 of the factory's compatible embroidery machines for production, but even so, it takes about 3 to 5 hours per garment. Counting the number of stitches, the number of stitches is about 400,000, and it is a process that takes a lot of time and effort.
With the recent inflation, people often talk about the price, but I don't want to lose sight of the essence of manufacturing. I am working with the spirit that I want to make something worth it, and I have to make it.

*Tested in a home washing machine. When washing in the washing machine, be sure to turn it inside out and put it in the net in a folded state.
